Quick Announcement
At long last, the blog will be moving to a new, speedier server. Which probably doesn’t mean a lot to you (unless you’ve noticed that it takes a while for comments to post), but it’ll be a huge improvement on my end. I’ll probably give it a test drive on Monday, so while I’m sorry that posting has been a bit erratic this week, I’ll make it up to you. Promise.

Hey Alison: Happy Valentines Day (Sorry I’m a day late. I couldn’t get to my computer yesterday, I hope you forgive me) I have a dozen cyber roses, a box of cyber choclates, and a big ‘ol cyberhug for ya.
Thanks for looking out for us. Although, I have to say, if your involved I’m all for going a little slow sometimes. I think it’s important to go over things that important in great detail.

I never noticed any speed issues, but any changes are always welcome if they end up being for the best. Also, what is with all these lovey-dovey and suggestive posts about site-administrator Alison. No one has ever seen her picture, or talked to her in real-life I’m guessing, so its just kind of funny to see all this hero-worship for what is just a name and some pieces of text. Don’t get me wrong, I’m sure you’re a delightful person, Alison, but I just worry the stereotypes about viewers of pornography being deviant gains fuel from all the insinuations about all sort of cyber activities.
Don’t want to upset anyone, just wondered.

I like the job you are doing with the blogs and you seem to be a very friendly person. Since getting married 22 years ago i have been living in the south,and southerners are known for being flirtatious.

Since we are talking about improvements to the site, I think I might ask a few questions. I love the flash player because it’s quick and easy, but the video quality seems to be lacking. I understand the older videos will be grainy, but the newer videos should have more of a DVD like quality to them, I think. Are there any plans to upgrade the resolution to the flash player, and if so, when?
Also I’ve noticed that a few of the videos are lacking the flash player option. Are there any plans to add the option, and if so, when?

Dear Alison,
And now for something completely different: did the tech guys ever re-do the Candy Stripers video? When it was first posted, the flash player scenes only showed the fisting segments, and the downloads showed everything except the fisting sequence. You said then they would re-do the upload, but it would take a few weeks. I haven’t checked for a couple of weeks, but the last time I looked it was still as it had been before. Please let us know if this will be fixed…! Thanks!!

Just for the record, I take no offense to harmless internet flirtation. Cyberhugs and cyberroses and cyberchocolates are all welcome and appreciated. Creepy comments are deleted (if you’re wondering, the worst one ever actually made a reference to Silence of the Lambs).

speakeroftheobvious – Generally speaking, the commenters on this blog are very courteous to me. I think that speaks well of them (and porn fans in general). When the comments get overly sexual, I do think it has the potential to take something away from the discussion. So I think your concern is well-founded, but my feeling is that it’s not at a damaging level yet, nor will I let it get to that point.
HotScooter2 – Cyberhug. Thank you for the explanation. I, too, am very much spoken for and I take no offense to anything you’ve said at all.
bxm294 – We aren’t planning any upgrades in the near future, but we are going to start releasing movies in H.264 format in the upcoming months, which should make those interested in high-quality streaming happy. To answer your other question, the videos released without Flash were a mistake. We try to never put out a movie missing a format and our goal is to have as many videos encoded in Flash as possible. So if a movie is missing Flash, check back in a few days – it might be there.
zarafan – The situation with Candy Stripers is that we don’t have a good way to fix it without deleting the fisting scenes yet. So for now, we’re leaving it as-is so that those who want to see them can. If our encoding guys come up with a fix (and they might…they’re really good at what they do), I’ll let you know. Sorry for the delay.

Yeah, I think a lot of members might like Alison because here is a girl who seems to like hard porn. While some girls do like porn, they tend not to like the harder porn. Alison seems to like even this genre.

bigmmoney-I actually know female who either dislike porn, or only like reaaallllyyyy hard porn. I can’t find these in-between people everyone talks about. Either I have bad luck or need to find people who fall somewhere in the sexuality spectrum between prudish and sex-fiend.

er, I meant creepy comments get deleted, could the website admin fix my error and then delete this message asking for the error to be deleted? I know that’s a lot of deletion, I’m just a big stickler for grammar and spelling.
