Porn Star Boob Job Redux: Voting
Gathering up these before and after pictures, I have to admit, has been fascinating. Reading peoples’ comments about who looked better before and after has been interesting, but I’d like to get a little more scientific.
I’ve put together 9 sets of images of 8 girls that you can vote on. Judging should mainly be based on breast appearance, but I understand that there are other important factors as well. May the best boobs win.

Hey, I’m the first who voted for Chasey Lain _after_ her boob job.
The photo here is grotesque, of course, but in the movies, it looks pretty good (IMHO, YMMV).

Lol, I think Alison pulled a few of these photos from her “Circus Sideshow” folder. My preference has always been with the all naturals, but its never been a deal breaker for me. My biggest disappointment was when Mariah Milano opted for enhanced breasts. Mariah has always been one of my very favorite performers. To my eye, the change was too radical. Her overall appearance seems so different, but maybe I just need time to adjust to the new look. However, my disillusionment is probably in the minority as I believe Mariah is now more popular than ever.

I think I’m too biased for this. If you tell me its a boob job, I’m already prejudiced. The only time you’ll catch me on this issue is when they are so good that I can’t tell the difference. If there is reasonable debate on both sides, and I can’t see any of the tell-tale signs, I’ll just pretend that they are natural for the sake of my own enjoyment. Speaking of which, Velicity Von’s tits look too good to be true. Anybody know for sure? (Before you say fake, please provide a scene and time code to prove it.

You have made this even harder than the last one. I was shocked at how many I thought looked better afterwards even though on principal I prefer natural. Several of these ladies aren’t too well-endowed to begin with so a boob job can help give them some curve. My problem is with girls who already have curve that make too big. I call for yet another poll! I love these.

That was fun. I didn’t know that Brigette ever had itty bitties. All the things I’ve seen her in she’s always had those monsters. Katsumi looks pretty good in both photos really.

its unfairly easy to go with the before picks, since the stars are fresh and still have an innocent air about them. but theres a few that wear the work well. better pictures help, of course. probably still doesnt change the fact, that im judging their bodies.. lulz – as long as theyre happy and doing what they love( i will fap to it ).

I always prefer natural breasts, under any circumstances. I don’t believe in cosmetic surgery and altering the way a person looks; we should be happy just being who we are (though in a society as such we live in based on appearances it can be difficult I must admit).

I have to admit I voted for all afters, except for Jada Fire because I didn’t like either set. Chasey Lains was the only iffy there because they border on the freakish but hey, Im a big Minka fan too! hehehe

Cheers Alison, this was great! I don’t think I really have a preference to fake or natural, I enjoy the debate in previous blog postings etc, but have never challenged myself to choose one or another. So this was an interesting experiment. I voted on both sides with a slight bias towards ‘before’ photos. As you said there is other criteria for judging… I found myself questioning “they after shot may be better, FOR A PORN STAR” but maybe if she was a girl in the street I would choose the before shot.

as far as the photos are concerned- that chasey lain pic post op. is awful.. yikes!
i’ve got to say, on a personal level- i almost always prefer the real thing. fake breasts can look great clothed, but up close and personal, usually are a let down.
as this poll illustrates, there are definitely women that should not get a boob job- rope mentions mariah- i’ll throw out dillian lauren.

ak – I’m going to have to respectfully disagree with you about Chasey. Compared to her former beauty (even after the boob job), her most recent return to porn just makes me sad.
I do agree with you about Mariah Milano though. Her face definitely doesn’t look the same to me. I wonder if she got other work done…

You’ve been gone for a while allison, everything okay? on your topic… There are certain factors that make a boob job look nice or not. Like if they sit up too high or so hard that they look like the wouldn’t move if the girl was on a tramopline then they weren’t worth doing. They all want them to look as real as possible i’d bet so I’d have to say real boobs win out.

I’m OK with a moderate, competently performed boob job. I’ve only seen 1 clip with the new set, but Kinzie Kenner in “Meet the Twins #6,” scene 2, looks great, while her earlier lack of a rack IMHO detracted from her bone-inducing powers.

Everyone above looks worse post boob job except Jada Fire. Though she had horrible droppy tits with no volume or shape so I understand why she had it done.
Strangepork – According to boobpedia and bangbros, Velicity Von’s boobs are real. She has also appeared on a number of natural boob themed DVDs and websites (e.g. BigNaturals). I admit they do look a little fake at certain angles, but I cannot see any scars.
Alison – where do you go to find out if pornstars boobs are real or not? Also please can we be allowed to have spaces between paragraphs like you can

Although I voted for before on all instances, I must admit I had a hard time (errrrr…. no pun intended?) on some options – like Katsumi, Allysin Chaines and to a lesser degree Melissa Lauren. Overall, I do not mind boob jobs if it enhances the body shape. However, if the end result looks anatomically incorrect (size 40 in a small/thin body frame?!), well, that’s when it throws me off completely. And this is true even when they are natural.

I’ll tell ya, Kerkove and Lain look worse both before & after their boob jobs– boob jobs can’t fix a hatchet face. Lain’s tits are just disgusting and her sex scenes are right on-par with that evaluation.

With the exception of Katsumi, and a few scenes by Melissa Lauren, this crop of girls is more collectively famous than I will ever understand. Just a collection of porn performers who consistently disappoint and get more love than they deserve.

Two looked better without: Lain and Kerkove. Although in the photos presented, Kerkove looked awful with or without.
