5 Ways to Tell Real Breasts from Fakes
Most pornstar boobjobs are pretty obvious. But every now and then, you see a cute girl with nice tits and you’re just not sure. It happens to all of us.
So, how to tell? Below are 5 indicators I use to guess whether a girl has real or fake breasts. It’s not a foolproof system, but I think looking for these signs will go a long way toward making a determination if you’re really curious.
Are They Fake? The Signs
1. They’re oddly shaped
Breasts should not be round or bulgy on top. Natural breasts slope downward, especially with age. If you see a MILF with grapefruit-sized breasts and stick straight out, they’re probably aftermarket parts.
2. They’re strangely positioned
Maybe they’re a little too high up on the chest or spaced incorrectly. Large breasts generally reside around the middle of the bicep or lower. If they’re right below her clavicle, the chances are good that they’re fakes. Other telltale signs are boobs that are too far apart or too close together. Many times, girls wear long necklaces to disguise the fact that their breasts aren’t spaced normally.
3. Hardness/immobility
The consistency of a breast can be hard to determine on video, but fake tits don’t move freely, especially in the cowgirl positions and doggy style. They should bounce up and down or hang. Another good time to check is when she’s lying on her back. Real boobs will flatten out and slide toward her armpits.
4. Scars and dimpling
This one’s pretty obvious. Check around the nipples and where the underside of the boob meets her body for scars. Dimpling can occur anywhere on the breast, but tends to happen on the sides and underneath. A common way to disguise this is by leaving bras or other strategically positioned articles of clothing on.
5. Way too big for her frame
Girls who stand 5’2” and weigh 105 lbs do not have DDs. C’mon…

I can usually tell just instinctively even when they are pretty decent. This list puts all the details I was noticing passively into sharper focus, though. I just hope that doesn’t ruin me for some girls…I doubt it.

I agree with the above comments. I knew a lot of this intuitively, but never spelled it out as such. Aside from the deception (which I find somewhat insulting), the thing I dislike the most about fakes is how they interrupt the natural, beautiful flow of a woman’s curves. Big or small, naturals just look “right” because they make anatomical sense.

There are also some fakes that may look natural when the woman is standing because they droop down but when the woman is on her back the base of the tit is too narrow and the balloon-like quality of the fake boob shows up. I can’t think of actresses who have this because I avoid fakes like the plague.
There is however a Euro-chick who is in one of the Sex Maniac movies, she’s called Karen Valentine in that one…commenters say that she has the most perfect body in porn and her boobs look like either the best fakes or she has amazingly firm breasts. She does look fantastic. Note that some Eurochicks for dietary reasons perhaps seem to have firmer higher-set natural breasts than many American chicks. Not sure if this chic though is natural.

Another way to tell is nipple position. Just look at the second pic, and you’ll see what I mean.
