agree with rope keep yourself hydrated,and the best way ii know of to do that is drink some gatorade if you can hold it down

I too have had food poisoning

The bad is that you feel like you could die with all the cramps and vomiting

The good is that if you keep vomiting until you get all the bad stuff out, it shouldn’t keep you feeling bad more than 24 hours or so

Get well soon.

PS – the worst case of food poisoning I got was when I went to a fast food place in Southern CA. I was laughing because my ticket # was 666. I was vomiting before I even got home.
