One of my main concerns was that most female stars begin in the industry as the "fresh face" and really hit it off with fans. I think in years past, before social networking was huge and instant feedback was antiquated, most of the women weren't able to see that they had a large fan base for their early work. Being that the "old guard" made the presumption that surgery was always needed, a lot of the girls succumbed to that peer pressure (see Teagan Presley). I think that what we see now is women being comfortable with themselves and realizing that, yes, they can make a career given only what they were born with. Sorry for the social science input.
