VideoBoxTV Now Supports Multiple Rokus
You’ve got more than one room in your house, right? Well, why not put a Roku in each of them, then you can enjoy hot VideoBox action wherever you are in your house! VideoBox now gives you the ability to link an unlimited number of Rokus in your house to your VideoBox account.
Here’s how it works:
The first Roku you link to your VideoBox account is considered your “primary” Roku. This step is no different if you’re linking 1 Roku or 10 Rokus. Once you’ve linked a Roku to your account, setting up any number of additional Rokus is easy. When you start the VideoBoxTV Roku Channel, you’ll see this screen:

Simply click “Link this Roku to my existing account” and you’re all set! Your additional Roku will work precisely like your primary Roku, with the same feeds, Stash and Parental Control. If you unlink your primary Roku from your VideoBox account, it will unlink all your Rokus.
Enjoy!

I tried installing on a new Roku 2 XS, and it would go through the install process, but not show up on my home screen. I see it under my app in the Channel store, and when I click into it, there is an option to “Go to channel”. When I click on that, it shows a “updating app” screen then a failure screen with the message:”Installation Unsuccessful VideoBox TV was downloaded but could not be installed. Select Remove channel and try adding it again.”
I have tried removing the app and reinstalling. Didn’t work.
I have tried factory resetting the Roku, and reinstalling. Didn’t work.
I have tried with and without a Roku pin. Doesn’t work.
Version as displayed on the channel store details screen: Version 2.12/6-18-12

@iamnoone: Strange, I just went through and removed the channel from my Roku and re-added it without issue. For good measure I built a new package and uploaded it to Roku. Can you give it another shot with Version 2.14/6-20-12 and if the problem persists, shoot me an email at zapp@videobox.com ? Thanks for the report.

How can you tell

@Doug: if you go into the channel store, then select “My Channels” and click on VideoBox TV, it should tell you the version/date in the lower-lefthand corner of the screen.
