    now it looks like VIVID not updating anymore either it’s almost 2 weeks since their last update

    @MattGuns: You are right, we missed an update because we did not have content from the studio, and I apologize for not catching it beforehand. This week’s Vivid update is set up and will be released on time, and will include an extra DVD to make up for the one we missed.     Bob,
    Videobox should sell people like 10, 25, 50 downloads or views from Premium Channels that they arent subscribed to. For example there are quite a few scenes that i would like to download from Elegant Angel but not quite enough that i would add it to my monthly package yet. Then there are a few scenes here and there from other channels as well. If i could buy a kind of wild card of 25 downloads of my choice for say $15, it would be worth it.

    @elmo, thanks for the suggestion! Let me talk it over with the guys and see if this is something we could try. In the meantime, since the channels are pro-rated, you might want to add a channel mid-month to give it a look for a lesser fee.

    @monkey12345, what this means is that the subscription to a channel aligns with your membership start date. For example, if you join or re-join VideoBox on the first of the month, then add a channel on the 15th of that month, you will pay half the price for the channel because it’s pro-rated for that month. The channel will then rebill for the full $15 on the first of the next month unless you cancel. This holds true whether your subscription is monthly, annual, 18 months, etc; the system looks at the date the membership started or re-started, and does the monthly channel rebills from that day each month. This may change in the future, but for now that’s how it works.
