Happy Holidays to all of you from all of us at VideoBox!
We want to let you know what to expect for customer support between now and the New Year. We are a small team, and we consider the happiness and well-being of our teammates a top priority. So, someone will be on hand to reply to emails every weekday except December 25th and January 1st, though as usual at this time of year our holiday support hours will be a little shorter and our response times may be a little longer.
Be sure to have fun over the holidays!
Please bear with us during this season. Here’s a rundown:
Mon-Fri 12/21 – 12/25: 10am – 4pm, every day but Christmas 12/25
Mon-Fri 12/28 – 1/1: 10am – 4pm, every day but New Year’s Day, 1/1
Please allow 48 to 72 hours for responses. We will reply as soon as we are able, and will prioritize messages in the order we receive them.
Normal support hours and response times will resume on Monday, January 4th, 2016.
